Score Guarantee Terms

1. The Promise

If you meet all of the conditions below and your official UCAT ANZ cognitive total (Verbal Reasoning + Decision Making + Quantitative Reasoning) is below your locked guaranteed target, your next year of MasterMed is free. The remedy is 12 months of platform access for the following UCAT cycle — not a cash refund. This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit or replace, your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Your Guaranteed Target

Your guaranteed target is set from your one-time onboarding diagnostic: we estimate your starting score, add a realistic improvement margin that depends on where you start, and cap the result. If your diagnostic baseline is already above the cap, the guarantee does not apply to you — we tell you this before you buy. Your guaranteed target is shown to you before any purchase and never changes after enrollment.

3. Enrollment

The guarantee is available only when all of the following hold:

• You purchase the UCAT Pass (12-month plan).
• You purchase while your eligibility window is open — 14 days from completing your diagnostic. After that, your diagnostic no longer reflects your starting point and enrollment closes permanently.
• Your guaranteed target was locked before the purchase.

4. Study Conditions

To keep the guarantee valid you must, before your test date:

• Complete at least 80% of your personalised study plan in genuine practice. Questions answered faster than they can realistically be read do not count toward completion.
• Complete at least 8 full-length timed section sessions, including at least 2 in each of Verbal Reasoning, Decision Making, and Quantitative Reasoning.
• Spread your practice across at least 6 different weeks.

5. Exam Conditions

You must sit the official UCAT ANZ once, under your own name, in the test cycle your plan targets.

6. Claiming

Email your official UCAT Statement of Results to support@mastermed.com.au within 60 days of your results being released. The name and date of birth on the statement must match your MasterMed account. We verify your score against your locked target and, if the claim is valid, apply 12 months of free access for the following UCAT cycle to your account.

7. Limits

• One redemption per person, ever.
• The guarantee is not transferable.
• The free year does not include a new guarantee.
• Purchases made under promotional or discounted pricing may be excluded where stated at the time of purchase.
